I have spent 15+ years in sales. Every single month, the same problem: I had no idea what my actual paycheck would be until it hit my account.

My comp plan was complicated. Tiered rates, different percentages for multi year deals, quarterly accelerators. I tried tracking it in spreadsheets but they always broke. I asked finance and got different answers every time.

So I built Comish. First just for myself. Then for my team. Now for you.

It does one thing really well: it tells you exactly what you are getting paid, broken down by tier, updated after every deal you close.

Can it handle my comp plan?+

Comish supports tiered commission structures with up to 4 tiers, different rates for 1-year vs 2-year contracts, and quarterly goals with attainment tracking. Works for AEs, Account Managers, and closers. We also have a separate mode for SDRs/BDRs with activity-based comp.

Is my data secure?+

Yes. We use Supabase for authentication and database with enterprise-grade encryption. Your commission data is private and never shared. You can export or delete your data anytime.

Can I export my data?+

Yes. Export your deals to CSV or generate a PDF report for any quarter. Great for tax records, performance reviews, or checking your employer's math.
