1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Comish, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Comish is a commission tracking application that helps sales professionals calculate and monitor their earnings. The service is provided "as is" and is intended for personal use by individual sales representatives.

3. Account Registration

To use Comish, you must:

• Create an account with a valid email address
• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Be at least 18 years old

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

• Comish offers a 14-day free trial
• After the trial, a paid subscription ($5/month) is required for continued access
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial months

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Share your account with others
• Reverse engineer or copy our software

6. Data Accuracy

Comish provides commission calculations based on the information you enter. We do not guarantee the accuracy of calculations. You are responsible for verifying your commission amounts with your employer. Comish is not a substitute for official compensation statements from your company.

7. Intellectual Property

Comish and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Comish and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Comish shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the app. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
